Cuold you maybe make one about drugs and smoking and stimulants possibly and it’s effect in relation to the anxiety response? Like about addictions and such… cause smoking seemed to elevate anxiety in me at one point… nicotine and marijuana and the dependence on it I seemed to prevent my mind and body from functioning normally.

Charles I have a very important question that has been really worring, I am bipolar but still I expriment many of the simptoms which the method cures, do I still can have succes with the method??
OK. We have helped many people with Bipolar Disorder to eliminate their anxiety and many have found that their depression improves when the anxiety has gone. If you have clinical depression, The Linden Method cannot correct the chemical imbalances which cause it, but it will most probably help you with your anxiety.
Thanks Charles, so if I take the medical drugs that correct the chemical imbalance plus I use the method the problem is handled, if thats the case I would be violating the second or third pilar that says to avoid any medical/psychiatric help. What would you recommend me in that case, thanks.

charles, i experience detachment, not necessarilly depersonalization or derealization, and i haven’t been able to find people who have this and freak out about like dying, thats what i d.
