How am i meant to control my panic attacks when they are happening in my sleep?

I have panic attacks at night at least once a week.
I wake up out of sleep panicy, hyperventilating, shaking and fearful.
Then i usually throw up and can’t get back to sleep.

I’m 16.

How can i get control over this without drugs.

Have you spken to your parents or doctor about this?
I can’t imagine how difficult this is for you. Someone very close to me is suffering from the same sort of thing.

Please tell Mom & Dad, see someone about them.

    Good Luck, May God Bless!

    You can’t. Seek medical help.

Don’t worry so much about with or without drugs. I think there is either a message that your lower-self is trying to send you – or you have some fear of death you’re not facing. if you can’t face it or can’t resolve this soon (like.. within 2-3 wks) you should Talk to a doctor about it. (if he/she suggests a "drug" give it a try)

i personally couldn’t do it without the medication, but maybe you should go to a shrink and talk your problems out to see if maybe then you can find the root of your problems

I’m so sorry you have this problem too :(
