How Can I cope with panic attacks?

I’ve just started having panic attacks and they only happen during school. Does anybody have ant tricks/tips that I can use during school when I have one, so I can ease the pain a little bit, so that way I won’t disturb my class?

    ok there are pills you can have to stop them from hapening but then it just leads to more of a prob because you have to wean yourself of them sooner or later but it also depends when what hapens to you when you have these panic attacks 1#do you fell like your gonna vomit if so try to have a water bottle to sip on and a tissue just breath and tell yourself its fine 2#do you feel like you cant breath if so try putting a rubber band around your rist and when you start to feel one coming on pull it and let it go and yes its gonna hurt but offten it tells the brain pain and forgets about the attacks or lay down flat and breath in and count 2 ten and beath out and count backwards from 10 as many times as needed realy i think the biggest demend to the attacks is ourselfs so its best if we just tell it to go away and keep carm when you feel one coming dont let them get the better of you good luck

    Deep breathe in through your nose, while you do this say "I willll" then breathe out through your mouth as you say "relaxxxx"….its actually the number one recommended way by doctors to calm yourself down

    figure out what exactly is causing the panic attacks. when you start panic take long deep breaths and tell yourself that you have nothing to worry about. the trick is to figure out what the causes are of the panic attacks. then deal with the causes not the actual attacks,

    i just found something to change my mindset
    everytime i have one i play guitar, so much focus eventually goes into figuring out chords and songs that i distract myself…
    and ive become pretty good :)
    for school just imagine that stuff. like imagine figuring out what something would be on piano, or how you would draw a picture like what aspects go into it..
    basically space out
