How do I deal with panic attacks?

I get panic attacks where I feel like I don’t have control over anything and I feel like I’m running out of time. Sometimes I almost start crying. How can I get out of this state?

    These feelings you are having are common with panic attacks. You usually feel like you are dying or totally out of control.     see a psychiatrist and talk to them. maybe if necessary u can try a medication. i deal with anxiety myself. if u need someone to talk to i’m online on aim or yahoo messnger and my screname is TheBTPYoda.

    Hi there
    Understand what is happening to you when you have a panic attack. Adrenalin is pumping around your system. In past ages this would have given you immediate strength to defend your self or to run away to safety. In our society you can do neither so you are "stewing in your own juices".
    Try to figure out what is startling you. In the meantime do anything to work through the adrenalin surge – dance, sing or throwing plates at the wall!!
