Panic Attacks?

I’ve been getting panic attacks lately and i have to fly soon. I’m not afraid of flying but I’m getting panic attacks while i’m out in public or in an enclosed space. How can I keep that from coming on especially when I fly and have to be in the plane for a few hours.

they are awful and scary, you need to find some relaxation ther are ways you can meditate or try self hypnosis you can get relaxation tapes you could listen to on the plane, you have to practise at home and you can always use self suggestion, if I am really panicky the way i have found of dealing with it is to concentrate on nothing but your breathing, close your eyes and concentrate on taking a deep breath right in then concentrate fully on breathing it out, this stops you from hyperventilating which gives you scary physical symptoms, you could also see your gp ther are brilliant drugs now for anxiety you could just take a seditive to fly with.

Check with your DR. He may be able to prescribe a medication to help you relax.

Well I would be scared to be on a plane to. Well after seeing Final Destination, I mean if someone says get off the plane its going to blow up then get off. Oh and don’t even get me started on Snakes on a Plane. And maybe the spaces are getting smaller and smaller I say Scream and close your eyes. Thats what my friend does. Have a nice day. =).

ask your Dr. for a prescription for xanax …… read up on it though it is very addictive and should not be abused ……
if these are just short term panic attacks then xanax is a perfect drug for these ….. it helped me at least ……… if your symptoms are recurring and are very frequent you may need cloazepam or valium or something like that …….. clonazepam works great for me but watch how much you take very carefully I accidentally doubled up and got into a fender bender because I fell asleep at the wheel and when I woke I had no idea where I was ! ! ! !

Talk to your doctor and get on some anxiety medicine… I was having anxiety attacks and my doc put me on Zoloft and now I praise the people who work at Pfizer.
