ok so i have a friend who is has anxious and panic attacks and i want to know any way to help her not have them as much. so if there is a way to help her out can anyone please tell me what i can do?

Most panic attacks you just have to ride out … there aren’t a lot of ways to make them go away fast enough. But there are some relaxation techniques that can be used to help calm your friend down and take the edge off, so to speak.
Get your friend to a quiet and preferably low-lit area and have them lie down and either put their feet up on a wall or a couch so that their back is on the floor or a bed and their legs are perpendicular to the rest of their body. Have them take deep breaths, and try as much as possible to focus on breathing. Inhale through the nose, and exhale through the mouth. Ideally to relax, the inhale phase of the breath should take 7-10 seconds and so should the exhale phase … a whole cycle should be 15-20 seconds long.
In the big picture, it would do your friend a lot of good to seek help from a psychologist or their primary care physician to help them cope with the triggers of their anxiety.
Get a book called anxiety and phobia workbook. The author is a bit too favorable on pills in my opinion, but other than that, its a good book.
Therapy. Go see a therapist and get on prozac (fluoxetine) for a little while.

well my daughter has the same thing but she has it so bad she takes prozac all the time and it has helped her immensly so that might be what she needs but she also goes to counseling where they tach her coping skills and relaxation things to do also there is a book called you are what you think and it makes alot of sense. A big part of it is there way of thinking so good luck
