High risk acting out behaviors like drinking and sexual activities? I think I can relate someone to these diagnosis es.I feel so bad for her.
i see a counselour/psychologist. and she told me that based on everything ive been telling her she thinks i may be showing a high chance of having bipolar disorder. now i have to be seen by another doctor to find out if it is bipolar =[ blah..not looking forward to it
thats pretty scary =[. but i hope i will be okay..if im diagnosed with bipolar i hope that i can find way better healthy ways to deal and understand the disorder. ive never ever in my lifetime have had to see a psychologist and such. but hopefully things will start going back to where they used to be. =]. i really want to change my behavior
I have only the 2nd part. it describes me so well. and now my husband wants to leave me because he cant deal with it. my mood swings and beliving nothing will get better in fact thats how i feel now. i went to see my doctor to get diagnosed so i can get help. and they told me that they dont think i have it and sent me on my way.. what am i suppose to do. i used to cut myself to make the pain go away in my head. but now i have a son and thats not an option. what do you suggest?

listen im not tryin to bash manic depression im just interested but these symptoms seem like a lot of shit to me. . . plus the diagnosis is pathetic! a chemical imbalance yet no blood test? plus how does ur brain know wen to be depressed and manic? like i sed i genuinely want answers if someone wud convince me about this condition id b happy to believe it

@icemansam2212…. Yes I agree that drug companies like money, but if pills can help someone or make them feel better than i’m all for that too!
Wow,I do the same things…..haven’t told my doctor about the cuting though…..I don’t really “cut” myself I just scratch myself with the back end of a knife until I sometimes bleed….TMI I know…..But what you can do when you are sad or in a certain mood is tell yourself that it will go away soon…that helps me alot.
